She holds a Master of International Business from the University of Tasmania and a Master of Professional Accounting from Swinburne University of Technology.

Since launching her career, Ruby has gained extensive experience in the Australian accounting and taxation landscape. She has demonstrated proficiency in the preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS), payroll processing, and managing superannuation obligations. Her work involves direct liaison with clients, the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), and other regulatory bodies, ensuring accurate and compliant financial operations.

Ruby has developed strong expertise across a broad spectrum of tax compliance areas, including income tax, GST, FBT, and payroll tax. Known for her clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and client-focused approach, Ruby consistently builds trusted, long-term relationships.
