Mai joined Constant & Co in early 2018, bringing with her a strong academic and professional background in accounting and financial management. She holds an International Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Accounting and Financial Management from La Trobe University, and is a proud member of CPA Australia, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Since starting her career in 2014, Mai has built extensive experience in the Australian accounting and taxation industry. She began as a financial accountant in the construction sector before transitioning into public practice. Over the years, she has developed deep expertise in tax compliance, including income tax, GST, FBT, and payroll tax, working with individuals, small to medium businesses, companies, and trusts.

Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, Mai excels in building strong client relationships and delivering tailored, practical advice. She is passionate about providing high-quality service and is committed to helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Outside of work, Mai enjoys travelling with her family and playing badminton with friends.
