Simon De Carro has been a qualified financial adviser for 19 years. Having worked for a number of organisations, Simon and Leo Constant founded Innovative Wealth Solutions, the financial planning division of Constant & Co, back in 2011. Since then, holistic financial planning services are offered.

Simon believes strongly in integrity, customer service and client education and it is these principles that have allowed the practice to flourish. His areas of specialisation consist of Wealth Creation, Personal Risk Protection, Superannuation, Self-Managed Superannuation, Investment, Cash-flow and Debt Reduction Strategies.

His commitment to relationship advice rather than transactional advice, means that emphasis is given to financial strategy before product selection and putting his client’s interests first. Outside of Financial Services, Simon is a committed father to his two daughters and shares a happy marriage to his loving wife of 11 years. Golf, Soccer, Tennis, and Motorsports are amongst other interests that Simon is most passionate about.
