Teresa has been a valued member of the Constant & Co team since 2008. With a background in Financial Services following her VCE studies, she has built a strong foundation in administrative support and office coordination over the years.

Teresa’s attention to detail, organisational skills, and warm client approach make her an essential part of the team. Teresa thrives in creating a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for both clients and colleagues. She takes pride in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the office runs seamlessly.

Outside of work, Teresa enjoys quality time with her husband and their two children. As a family, they love outdoor adventures, travelling in their caravan, and relaxing with movie nights—creating meaningful memories together.
